Dear Friends, I hope this newsletter finds you well and ready to replenish your fabric collection.
The shop will re-open on Tuesday, May 19th at 10 a.m. I have been reading the information from Phase 2 for Pennsylvania, the guidelines from the CDC and BBB! I am putting the following guideline into effect for the quilt shop. Many of you know that I am a retired English teacher, so I really didn't have a problem writing the "rules" to follow. LOL
New Hours--The shop will be open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm.
I will continue taking on-line orders and phone orders either for curbside pick-up or mail orders.
Because of the size of the shop, I am comfortable with 2 guests in the shop at a time. Please know that when you arrive at the shop you may have a wait before you can come in the shop.
If you are uncomfortable being around others and would like to have the shop to yourself, I will be happy to schedule an appointment for you. The first appointment of the day will be at 10:30 and the last appointment for the day will be 2:00.
If you are ill or think you have been exposed, please do not come to the shop.
Masks are required. Please wear your mask your entire visit.
Social distancing policy will be followed.
Sorry, but there will not be a restroom available at this time.
I know that the time has been very frustrating and I know how some of the changes and rules are overwhelming you at this time, but we have made it this far and we are well. Let's continue so we remain that way. Karen and I will do everything we can to keep the shop safe and clean so your experience returning to the Pine Tree is pleasant and worry free.
While we were gone I have added a new member to the team. The BBB suggested that each business have a Pandemic Security Officer. Bob Lees will be filling that position! LOL
